You cannot share media files within the Sandbox environment.
If you have set up your WhatsApp Sandbox integration and a user sends you a message using the 360dialog Sandbox account,
It appears in your Rocket.Chat workspace, just like any other Omnichannel conversation available for an agent to take it.
You can respond to the customer from your workspace, and they receive the response on Whatsapp.
